Email & Text Terms

Payments remain closed while account activation and final launch testing are completed.
These terms explain the choices on Inroad’s newsletter and founding-cohort signup forms. Inroad Notes includes practical legal job-search tips and occasional Inroad offers. Newsletter signup includes immediate access to the free résumé checklist. The list is for information about the pilot, availability, service details, and related Inroad offers. Signup is free and does not reserve a sprint, confirm a purchase, or lock in pricing.
Your choices
Checking the email box asks Inroad to send cohort updates to the email you provide. Checking the separate, optional text box also asks Inroad to send cohort marketing texts to the number you provide. Neither box is preselected. Providing a phone number without checking the text box does not authorize text marketing. Text consent is not required to buy a sprint.
Only supply an email and phone number you control or are authorized to use. You must be at least 18 to join. If your number changes or is reassigned, notify us before further messaging. The site records these preferences. Newsletter delivery is handled by MailerLite when connected; a confirmation email may require a further click before delivery starts.
Email updates
Marketing emails will identify Inroad and include a valid business mailing address and a clear unsubscribe method. Use that method or contact Inroad to stop marketing email. Unsubscribe requests will be honored within the applicable legal deadline and, for US commercial email, within 10 business days. You will not be charged or required to purchase anything to opt out.
Optional text updates
If messaging is activated, message frequency will vary with cohort activity. Message and data rates may apply under your carrier plan. Delivery depends on carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. This signup does not authorize unrelated third-party marketing or automated promotional calls.
Reply STOP to a cohort text to opt out, or contact Inroad by the support email. You may receive a single confirmation of your opt-out where permitted. Reply HELP for assistance when messaging is active. We will also honor other reasonable, clearly communicated requests to stop texts as required by applicable law. The sending provider must support these processes before any campaign starts.
Service messages and privacy
Marketing choices are separate from necessary payment, scheduling, and service communications for a sprint you purchase. Opting out of marketing does not cancel an existing service. You may cancel the service under the Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
We retain the submitted contact details and consent choices to manage the list and honor requests, as described in the Privacy Policy. Contact details are not included in the website’s explicit analytics events. We do not sell or rent the cohort contact list to advertisers.
Messaging safeguards
Inroad Legal can be reached at info@inroadlegal.com. Newsletter email is activated separately from the signup form. Automated text campaigns are not active. Before commercial marketing email begins, each message will include a valid postal address, which may be a properly registered post office box or commercial mailbox, and a working unsubscribe method. Any text provider must support tested STOP and HELP handling before texts begin.
