Inroad provides employer research, application strategy, outreach assistance, and job-search organization. It does not guarantee responses, referrals, interviews, offers, employment, compensation, or a particular timeline. Hiring decisions are made by employers and depend on factors outside Inroad’s control.
The experience described on this site
The original search described on the homepage involved a law student at a non-T14 school, approximately a 3.2 GPA, and five BigLaw interviews. It is one individual’s experience that informed the approach, not a client placement statistic, a typical-results claim, or evidence that the process caused every interview. Your circumstances and results may differ. No prior paying customer or independent endorsement is implied by that account.
Independent service
Inroad is not a law school, employer, law firm, recruiter acting for employers, or career-services office. No partnership, endorsement, preferential hiring access, or insider relationship with any school, firm, recruiter, or employer is claimed. References to employers or categories such as BigLaw provide context only.
You remain the applicant
You review and send your applications and messages. Inroad does not invent credentials or relationships, impersonate you, or communicate with employers in your name. Check all statements, deadlines, eligibility requirements, and attachments before using suggested materials.
No legal representation or professional licensing advice
The service does not provide legal advice or establish an attorney-client relationship. Sending information to Inroad does not create attorney-client privilege. Do not send confidential client information or material subject to professional restrictions. Consult an appropriately qualified professional about legal rights, immigration, licensing, financial, or tax questions.
Research and external information
Job listings, contact details, employer needs, and application requirements can change. Research and recommendations reflect the information available when prepared and may need verification. Third-party sites and services have their own terms, privacy practices, and availability.
The pilot and founding cohort
The $249 pilot is a manually delivered one-week service. Its methods may evolve as Inroad learns from delivery; an already purchased scope is not silently reduced. A founding-cohort interest signup is free, creates no payment obligation, and does not reserve capacity or freeze a price. Any published availability must reflect confirmed capacity and may change.
